Radiant health requires proper nutrition, moderate exercise, a balanced emotional state and the ability to handle stress. It is so important to be able to handle all the stresses and challenges of our complex, busy lives.
If we are not able to perform our best and keep pushing ourselves to do more and more, a physical breakdown of some form is likely. Examples of conditions influenced by poor nutrition and lifestyle habits are cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and even certain types of cancer.
Knowing what to do on a daily basis to promote and maintain your good health can be very confusing. It seems like healthcare professionals these days are so specialized. One only deals with your ears, another with your skin, still another with your colon. But your body isn't simply a bunch of individual parts acting separately from each other. Your body is an incredible organism whose "parts" all work together synergistically.
As a Health Coach, it is my job to help you balance all the aspects of your health. I'll work with you to design a program that brings all the aspects of good health together in a way that is understandable and workable.

What is a Boot Camp? Boot Camp is the T-Tapp method of forcing your body to break through physiological plateaus and involves doing full workouts (at least 40 minutes in length) for a certain number of consecutive days…depending on how many clothing sizes you wish to lose.
Individual fitness goals determine the length of the boot camp; however, it is imperative that everyone do a full T-Tapp workout at least four days in a row. For optimal results, do not combine any other workout with T-Tapp during the initial boot camp (except walking).
During Boot Camp, there’s a significant exchange of fat for muscle, and although it varies from person to person, experience has shown statistical patterns. The average person will gain five to seven pounds of muscle within one week and at the same time; lose seven to ten pounds of body fat. This exchange may not show on a scale, but it will be revealed in inch loss.
Those five to seven pounds of muscle are internal core muscle. It’s that muscle that will stoke your new fat-burning furnace at an average of 250 to 350 calories more per day.But you must T-Tapp at least four days in a row to get that internal core density.
