T-Tapp is a physical therapy approach to fitness developed by physiologist and rehabilitative trainer, Teresa Tapp, and taught by certified T-Tapp trainers across the country.
This program focuses on simple but precise movements using multiple muscles at their maximum capacity. T-Tapp does not use weights or other equipment, and you never do more than one set with eight reps of any movement. It raises your heart rate without requiring jumping or similar aerobic activities that risk injury.
T-Tapp builds bone density, greater muscle strength and flexibility, improved endurance, and it stimulates your body to lose inches quickly. It is effective for every age and fitness level, and it is easily incorporated into daily living. You can get a full body workout in as little as fifteen minutes.
